Welcome to Lord of Love Lutheran Church of Galena Illinois. Lord of Love is a new and different church.
The Northern Illinois Synod of the ELCA has designated us as a Synodically Authorized Worshiping Community (SAWC). Our official ELCA worship service start date is 11/29/09. Over coming months we will be working to become a full ELCA church congregation.
Effective January 3, 2010 we will be worshipping at the Ramada Inn Galena, IL. The address is 11383 Highway 20 W Galena, IL 61036.
Lord of Love is a church for all believers in Christ. We worship on Sundays at 10 am. You are always welcome here.
